Hourglass Quilt Finished!
Another little quilt pieced from blocks made by my husband's great-aunt. The quilt is about 10" x 12". I especially loved one block where, twice, she pieced fabrics together in order to make pieces large enough for her to use. It's hard to see; I took a couple of close up photos to show you. It's the block in the upper left hand corner.

So farm-ey cute - the shirtings are so soft and cozy looking.
What a treasure you now have! I love those blocks that were "make-do" blocks. Gives it character! HUGS... and stitches
